Mr. Sonny I. Ramos, 80, of Landrum, South Carolina passed on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Upstate Community Hospice. He was born in the Belize, Central America to the late Phillip Ramos and Margaret Hill.
He was married to Joan Diego Ramos for 56 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his six children, Natalie Ramos of Simpsonville, SC, Tyrone (Marjorie) Ramos of South Chesterfield, VA, Patrice (Brian) Holmes of Simpsonville, SC, Giovanni (Lucy) Ramos of Gardena, CA, Joy (Alan) Garner of N. Hampton, England, and Margaret (Elroy) Hemmans of Los Angeles, CA; one sister, Lolina Lambey of Brooklyn, NY; one son-in-law, Mark Jones of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, close church family and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 13, 2022, 11:00am at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 1801 Woodruff Road with private interment.
