Ms. Ethel Mae Townsend, 70, of Greenville passed on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Patewood Health & Rehab. Born in Marlboro, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Jule and Pearl Davis.
She is survived by her husband, James Edward Martin; one daughter, Tasha Townsend of Greenville, SC; two sons, James (Quinn) Townsend and Tony Townsend, both of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Annie Harley of Greenville, SC and Sylvia Covington of Greer, SC; one brother, Charles Davis (Rochelle) of Norristown, PA; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, May 8, 2021, 3:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
