Edward Meekins

Mr. Edward "Sonny" Devore “Sonny” Meekins, 70, of Honea Path, passed on Monday January 4, 2021, at Greer Health and Rehabilitation. He was the son of the late Vecina Summers Taylor.

Surviving: one daughter, Andrea (Rev. Dr. Cory) Williams of Anderson, SC; one son, Edward (Jacqueline) Dixon of Anderson, SC; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, January 12, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with burial in New Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Princeton, SC.
