Petty Officer, David Renard “Big D” Mosley, 65, of Mauldin, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. He was a son of Edward Jesse Mosley and Doris Virginia Zimmerman, and was married to his beloved wife Virgie E. "Miss Pigeon", for 23 years.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by his father, Edward (Doris) Mosley, of Greensboro NC; two sisters, Karen ( Rev. James) McClam of Taylors, SC and Tajuana Hurst of Simpsonville, SC; five brothers, Richey (Clarissa) Mosley of Charlotte, NC, Edward Jeremiah (Jarvetta) Mosley of High Point, NC, Michael Mosley and Bryan (Tameka) Mosley both of Greenboro, NC, and Jonathan (Tiesha) Mosley of Raleigh, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Sunday, May 7, 2023, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
