DaShaun passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in San Diego, California. He was the adopted son of the late Brenda Craig.
DaShaun served four years in the United States Marine Corps. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, DaShaun stayed in California and enrolled in college. He was determined to complete his academic studies and begin a new career. With determination and sacrifice, He completed his college education. DaShaun graduated with two Associates Degrees. Armed with an Associate Degree in Pharmacist Technology, he began his career. He worked at Walgreens as a pharmacist technician.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories: two sisters, Natasha Dillon and Brandee Dillon of Connecticut; one brother, Mark Leatherwood of Connecticut; birth mother, Bridgette Craig of Connecticut; Godmother, Minister Phyllis McMeans of Connecticut; Three aunts, Dolores C Walker of S.C., Mary M. Craig of New Jersey and Ms. Phyllis Franklin of Connecticut. A host of cousins and friends.
