You may have just lost a loved one or are anticipating
the death of a loved one. You may feel sadness, shock,
denial, guilt, anger or even panic. You may be so
confused that you don't know what you feel. Physical
symptoms such as fatigue, stomach pains, sleeplessness,
and lack of appetite may occur. Although these symptoms
are universal, they are also very personal. Each family
member or friend grieves in his or her own way and each
time table of grief varies.
