Della M. Jones, 82, of 215 Elm Street, died on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at her home. Born in McCormick County, she was a daughter of the late Gary Lee and Lula Mae Millan.

She leaves to cherish many fond memories daughters, Myra Dean (Willie) Grady of Greenville and Lou Evelyn (William) Gregory of Taylors; sons, Larry T. (Loretta) Jones of Greenville and Michael J. Jones of Taylors; sisters, Essie T. Banks of Augusta, GA, Lula Bell Redman of Philadelphia, PA and Melvene Bowie of Calhoun Falls, SC; brothers, Otis (Mary) Lee of Mt. Carmel, SC and Johnny (Carrie) Lee of CT; twenty-three grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
